SoCal Residential Realty ("we," "us," "our," or the "Brokerage") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors to our website, socalresidentialrealty.com (the "Site"), real estate professionals we contact or who contact us about potential affiliation with our brokerage ("Recruits"), and our clients. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site, through recruiting communications (phone, text, and email), and through our customer relationship management platform, Follow Up Boss.

• Professional information: current brokerage affiliation, California DRE license number, years of experience, production history, and similar information you share with us during recruiting conversations.

• Communications: the content of emails, text messages, and chat conversations you exchange with us, including your consent and opt-out status for text messaging.

We collect this information directly from you — for example, when you submit a contact or “Join Our Team” form, chat with us live, or call, text, or email us — and we store and manage it using Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management (“CRM”) system.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as Follow Up Boss (our CRM/database provider), our website host (GoDaddy), and our email and text messaging providers — each of whom is restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us;

• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may use SMS to communicate with you, including to confirm appointments, send reminders, follow up on recruiting conversations, and notify you of schedule updates or other important changes.

The following terms apply to our SMS program:

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP." After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at mybroker@socalresidentialrealty.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

We obtain your consent before enrolling you in SMS communications, and we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our Site is hosted on GoDaddy’s Websites + Marketing platform, which may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for basic site functioning and security. We do not currently use the Site for targeted advertising or analytics tracking. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent first.
